Shipping & Delivery Information

We deliver worldwide, including UK, Europe, US, Canada, Middle East and Asia.

When checking out without creating an account, please note United Kingdom is selected as default. Don't forget to change it!


Orders - Please allow up to 2 working days for the preparation of the orders. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed.

Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages. If there is a further delay, we will send you an email asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you.


Order Cancellation - Orders can be cancelled any time before they are processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Make sure to check your spam folder as well. icGlamour.com reserves the right to cancel any order. Common Reasons include: The item is out of stock. Pricing errors or Credit Card payment is declined. If the item is no longer available, No compensation will be paid in such cases and any amount charged will be credited back to the customer via the original payment method.

 

Shipping Charges - Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Shipping charges can be estimated on the View Cart page. Simply add items to the shopping cart, go to View Cart page, click on the Estimate Shipping & Taxes and enter your Delivery address.

When ordering please ensure that wherever you have a postal or zip code you supply that at the checkout. This will aid quick and easy delivery of your order with the minimum of fuss. Incomplete or inconsistent delivery information can create issues for your delivery.

Personal use - Each order is for the personal, non-commercial, use of our customer. Resale of any icGlamour.com product without the express, written consent of icGlamour.com is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what icGlamour.com deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.


HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox, including the expected delivery date. If your order has been sent to you using a track-able service, you can follow its journey to you. Make sure you check the expected delivery date on your email before contacting us about your order.


DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESS?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods, as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.

 


CAN I HAVE MY PARCEL REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

For your security we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, icGlamour.com has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
